Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you'll manage small accounts, connect with new clients through cold calls, and go above and beyond for customers. You'll also keep operations running smoothly with admin support, reports, and clear communication.

• Help Increase breadth reach & to penetrate more accounts

• Assigned in calling clients for possible reseller and send dealership forms

• Assigned in sourcing new resellers during off peak task

• Check floating and inactive accounts - push them to buy in MCTC

• Get new potential accounts from FB, Google, Shopee, Lazada, & other online market

• Send proposal letter to new and potential accounts like promo & offering

• Follow up potential reseller applicant who receive dealership form and check status

• Develop new accounts which we haven’t tap yet

• Calling prospect clients for possible requirements, product update, etc

• Update SM Master File Database of Inactive Accounts

• Assist Sales to attends complaints and concerns

• Assist client need to follow up for collection to release order

• Check & update inventory stocks to offer to clients

Qualifications:

• Preferably with college degree in Marketing or IT-related course, or other business-related courses

• Must be aggressive, confident and has excellent interpersonal skills.

• Must have excellent communication skills and good customer service orientation

• Goal-oriented and knows how to multi-task effectively

• Experience in out bound telesales is an advantage

• Must be willing to work in Quezon City

• Must be willing to start ASAP
