Company Truck Delivery Driver

Job Summary:

The Company Truck Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to designated locations. The role requires adherence to traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while maintaining the integrity of the products during transit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company-owned trucks to deliver products to customers and company branches.

• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and security of items.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.

• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.

• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company driving policies.

• Report any vehicle issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

• Assist in basic vehicle maintenance, such as checking oil, brakes, and tires.

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and company personnel.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid professional driver’s license (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3, or equivalent).

• Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in delivery operations.

• Familiarity with traffic laws, route planning, and logistics procedures.

• Ability to lift heavy goods and work in various weather conditions.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent is an advantage.
