TELESALES / TELEMARKETERS

To generate leads and promote learning events.

Responsible for managing leads by tracking and following up on them.

Provide quality customer service to regular customers and inquiries

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.

Must have at least 2 years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Pre-sales / Marketing specializing in Sales -Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent preferably in B2B setting

Able to speak and communicate with excellence and meaning; very good English and ability to talk fluently as well as good listening skills and good debating or conversational abilities

Excellent customer engagement ability such as rapport building, sparkling personality, strong and professional character

Telemarketers, must have the ability to convince, persuade and influence people

Telemarketers must have high tolerance for rejection, frustration and stress.

Proven ability to work toward targets

Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and perform to the best of your abilities

Can work under minimal supervision

Cooperative and highly-trainable

Punctuality is a MUST

Excellent computer skills using the Windows platform and MS Office

Full-Time, Contract and Temporary position available

Willing to work ONSITE in Better Living, Parañaque City.
