Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Helper to assist in the transportation and delivery of goods to customers. The role involves supporting the driver with loading, unloading, and ensuring that deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
Ensure items are delivered to the correct location and in good condition
Help navigate routes and communicate with customers when needed
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines during deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
Provide excellent customer service during drop-offs
Handle delivery documentation and get customer signatures when required
Report any issues or delivery delays to the supervisor
